1. Before you begin, take note of the building number or letter that contains your property.

2. Then click on the following link to access the PlanWell website and order construction plans:

3. That link will direct you to a login page. If you have used PlanWell to order plans before, you can enter your User Name and Password on this page. If you have never used PlanWell before then you can login as a guest under "Guest Access." Please call your broker to get the Project Code and Password.

4. Once you have entered the Project Code and Password, you will be redirected to a "Planroom" for your specific project. On the left-hand side, you will see the plans organized by building. Click on the building containing your property and all of the corresponding plans will appear. Select which plans you would like to purchase by clicking on the shopping cart. The description of each plan is on the far right. You can preview each plan by clicking on the "Sheet No." If you are making improvements to your property and are buying these plans to give to the contractor who is doing the build out, you will likely need all of the sheets listed under your building.

5. After you have selected all of the sheets that you would like to purchase, click "Start My Order" and a separate box will open.

6. If you are not a member of PlanWell, click on "Credit card" at the bottom of this new box. Now you will be prompted to enter all of your information.

7. After your information is entered, you will see a list of the sheets that you selected to purchase. Here you can select which process media and size you would like the sheets to be and how you would like these sheets bond. The page defaults to bond media, full size, staple bond, which is most likely how you will need your drawings. If you want all of the sheets to be bound together in one set, then check the box under "Bind together?".

8. On the next page, you can select quantity and you will able to choose a shipping method. Keep in mind that faster shipping methods are more expensive.

9. After you have selected the quantity and shipping method, you will be given one final opportunity to review your order. If your order is accurate, click "Submit Order." This website DOES NOT give you a quote of the cost of the order before you submit. If you would like a quote before your credit card is charged, please type "I would like a quote before my order is processed" in "Instructions for Prints" box on the left-hand side.

10. After you have clicked Submit Order, you are finished and will receive the plans you ordered according to the shipping method you selected.
